It all starts with an idea…
From there our team of designers and draughtsmen use state-of-the-art software to turn ideas into computer models. Tradesmen in our dedicated prototype workshop take these concepts and turn them into reality.
Prototypes are rigorously field tested, both by Trimax team members and selected end users. Even destructive testing is used if necessary to determine failure patterns and develop remedies. The new product is only ready to go into production when testing and fine-tuning is completed.

Production makes extensive use of computer-controlled machinery, laser and plasma cutters, CNC press brakes, robotic welders and very sophisticated CNC machining centres to produce the components and sub assemblies that make a modern mower deck. Parts are plated or coated and ideas finally become reality on the assembly line.
Enterprise Resource Planning software keeps track of the entire process and quality checks ensure that Trimax customers get the productive, reliable and cost-effective machines they expect.
